    what pracitical way can the stockholders of citigroup get rid of all its directors when the votes are controlled by a few large conglomerates?

    Maybe this falls under the lines of improper business practices? I'm not really sure. We do have some people here who know a little about this. Hopefully they're around tonight and can give you some ideas.
