        That happened to us when we bought a used  Isuzu Rodeo in the 90s. The A C wasn't blowing right, or working much and we were getting SSSooooo hot driving down to Cleveland from Michigan. So, we turned on the defroster and got a little cool air out of that. When we got back from our trip, we got the A C  fixed.
