There not all fake but you can do what they do, you need Anchor Names (these words won't be seen by people only by search engines, You need to know some HTML) in your header that explain what you do, even some common misspelled words that the search engines will hit on to put on top of the search engine list. If people misspell your name you want it to be a hit anyway. Then test it if it shows up on your Anchor Names you will get hits. The trick is to get some words that others don't use and searchers will, almost impossible.
If you have something unique and advertise it that will being them in, but advertising cost.
