You have her address written above so what other info do you need? Did you try calling her before you stopped over for a visit or had you just dropped by unannounced? Is it possible she was running some errands or maybe she saw you standing at the door and hid from you because she considers you to be an annoyance? Why don't you try calling her? If she doesn't answer her phone or her door, then clearly she wants nothing to do with you.
