How do I clean out earwax?

Can I use hydrogen peroxide in my ear. Vinegar is not working although that is what the doctor suggested last time I got "plugged" up.

My doctor used a waterpick.. I have one now I use it about once every 4 months.. One part proxide the rest water Lukewarm. Medium setting and watch that junk fly out of there.. I swear by it!
With a Q-tip and warm water or hydrogen peroxide if you wish - even alcohol.

My doctor told me that you should do it daily instead of when your ears get plugged up. I do it after shampooing or taking a shower and they never get plugged up. Just don't stick the Q-tip down too deep to push the wax even deeper toward your eardrum.
