      Remove intake and exhaust manifold than all plumbing for the injectors. Remove valve cover, than head bolts. Check for warped head before reinstalling. Replace thermostat with "Fail safe" type. Determine why it overheated.

        STOP if you dont know what your doing the car will never run properly again,timing ,injectors etc. aint no easy job
