      On the new Internet Explorer upgrade the Favorites has been moved to the upper righthand side of the screen under the star symbol that is located between the house symbol and the cog symbol.

        If your favorites icon is missing, go to "view" in your explorer menu bar. Then go to toolbars and click on "customize" and then make sure to add "favorites" to the "current toolbar buttons".
