      If you crossed the yellow lines and if you hit a car that didn't cross the yellow lines, I say you are at fault. If the other car hit you, I might have a different opinion.

            Your question is difficult to understand, rewrite it. If the car infront of you makes an unsafe lane change, and you can't avoid hitting them, its their fault. If they cross over double yellow lines, its their fault.
