    I put in the wrong address and it keeps going there, why?

    I used lower case, then realized it should be upper case. I deleted that address, but when I try to send an email on Hotmail, it remembers the WRONG one..why?

      Try deleting the address and then adding it again versus editing it.

      (In email address CAPS do not mean anything - so it will have no effect on the functionality.)
