Maybe there is a document stuck in the que. In Windows, go to Control Panel, Printers and Faxes, double click on the Printer icon, and see if there are documents waiting to print. If so, click on the line and then right click on the line, click Cancel for each document waiting to print. You may have to shut down the computer and restart it again for it to take effect.
