    are caravan parks required to refund unused rent when moving sites

    Unfortunately this question makes sense to you but vague to me.

    Do you mean the park is moving from the present location to another location? (Moving sites)

    Are you moving to another "parking" site within the original grounds?

    Are you moving out of the park earlier than intended to another park not owned by your present park?

    It is up to the park owner whether they refund money for the simple fact they may have turned other caravaners away if they had no spare sites.If they did have sites and so not losing money it still is up to the good will of the park owner. Me I would refund.
