You can't. Just click on TOOLS then click on Internet Options got to Browsing History and click DELETE. A menu will pop up and give you a selection of what you want deleted. I selected THEM ALL but you can do your own thing.
This will clear your PC of all the crap (cookies) that's accumulated while your browsing the Internet.
