1) Delete all temporary internet files from your browser, reboot
3) Delete all cookie files from the browser, reboot
4) Update your Java version at http://www.java.com, reboot
5) Uninstall Yahoo Mail from the Add/Remove Programs control panel, reboot, reinstall, reboot
6) If using the Chat feature, do not use Yahoo Messenger
7) If you are using Yahoo Messenger, do not sign in to Chat
