Randy Palmer's advice is excellent.
It takes courage to carry it out.
Sadly some people never find that courage, and they are the losers.
Knowing you are wrong and living with knowing you should say sorry and haven't must make life very unpleasant.
None of us are perfect. We all need to say sorry sometimes.
Remember real courage isn't doing something you find easy: it's fearing it but going ahead and doing it anyway.
