You are looking at Orange County basically, the most exciting thing there is most of the beaches. Seal Beach has a lot of seal lions that hang out on the beach, there are also caves along the ocean where you can rent canoes and take a little trip and check them out. Otherwise there is mostly homes and a Marine base, I'm sure if you went online you could find some more interesting stuff. Hope this helps, good luck.
