I wouldn't see how, GUNK is a degreaser.

Your car trunk is locked and you don't have the key or you do have the key?

If you have the key and you can insert it, try this. Insert the key all the way in and 'lightly' tap the end of it.. LIGHTLY. try this a few times you may have a tumbler stuck, sometimes this breaks it free. I have never had the problem but I know people that it did work. If it does, get some graphite and shoot it in the keyhole and work the key in and out and turn it several times.

If you don't have the key, then locksmith it.
