because under hard acceleration when turning when 1/2 full the gas goes to one side and the pump cavitates because of lack of fuel in the single OEM stock baffle. I need to stabalize the liquid gas to keep the volume of gas equal in all areas of the tank.
I heard where a small tank with the pump on it connected to the bigger tank will hold enough gas to stop that problem (you might need a check valve to keep gas from flowing back). Is that possible?
A check valve - good suggestion - might be my answer. Keeps the gas in the OEM baffle from flowing back out - keeping it full under all conditions - Thanks I will do my research from here.
With extreme cerfuliness dont use a welder unless you have vented the tank with niterigan first

I thought epoxy would be a better suited method than welding - I just need help figuring out how to get the baffles in the tank. Are adjustable baffles that expand available?? aNd how do they attach. The hole in the top is only about 5" in diameter.
