If your computer won't fully boot up, It sounds like your computer has power failure. Your motherboard is damaged. You need to contact a computer lab to have it fixed.

I had the same problem..Unfortunately, I was directed to the maker on my PC..And found my computer was not still under Warranty..So had to purchase CD to return my pc back to factory stage..Which I lost pryor information...Which was okay..I redid all pictures and other information, and I'm back in business..It only cost me $20.00 for the CD, took 2days to deliver overnight, and purchased it from HP distributors..If You are still under warranty it will not cost you anything..Shipping not included..
