    What do you do with IRS if someone files a false 1099 Misc. File your return with the info or forget about it

    A person filed a fraudulent 1099 Misc with the IRS to make me pay more money on my taxes. I never was paid this money. It is a harassing action

      I would suggest you contact the business that issued the false 1099 and get it straight.
