      well open your mobile take out the battery underneath is a slot for your sim card place that in with it up the right way which it show you on the little icon put battery back in turn mobile on it will work or come up with a message insert sim card, that comes up you have put the sim card in the wrong way and will have to do it all over again ok, visionbabe, xxx

        OR, take it to an electronic store, mobile phone dept., and ask a clerk there. I'm sure someone would gladly install it for you.
