      A arthritic disorder marked by the deposition of monosodium urate crystals in joints and other tissues. Any joint may be affected, but gout usually ocurs in the knee or the foot. It always occurs in my friends big toe.

        And ankle! They used to call it 'rich man's disease' because it was suggested it came from eating very rich and spicy foods.. hurts like hell! I had it a few times. Last time i think my doctor told me to drink lots of water to flush it out..
