You will need to go to each site manually and bookmark it. Then there is a bookmark list that you can put all of them under just like your favorites. The list is hidden under the word bookmarks and not out in the open like your favorites was.

If it's any consolation, the new Internet Explorer version puts all your Favorites under a star in the upper right hand corner and they no longer show under Favorites in the upper left hand corner.

Either way you lose your Favorites box.
