To export your bookmarks from AOL 9 to your Microsoft browser go to Favorites in AOL > Favorite Places > Save. Save your favorites as TXT file (simple text) to your desktop. Find the file on your computer and right-click the icon > Rename the file as .csv file format. In IE go to File > Import Favorites.
