If you've downloaded the latest versions of javascript and flash player and are still unable to play, in your browser go to Tools > Options. If you're using IE browser go to Security and in the Internet tab either set the security to Default, or in Custom go to Settings > Enable Active Scripting. If you're using Firefox go to Content > Enable Java Script. Once you've changed your settings refresh your browser page or better yet close the application and open it again.
