Strategic planing IS essential for every individuals success in society. it's all up to you as an individual to work out how you can improve economically, to cope with fundamental changes in the environment and such.

What the hell is strategic adaptation? There is no such thing! You dont plan to strategically adapt? Adaptation either happens or doesnt happen. Most people buy the newest technoology and so on they dont sit down and say "today im going to start technological adaption, plan it out step by step etc, bullshit...stupid question.
