is it illiegal for a park owner to say you can pay to buy your rent back down?
My park rent has sky rocketed up to $622.00 per month starting in August, when I complained to the owner about lowering my rent he said he would not, and that it would be up to me to buy it down!! Don't sound legal or fair to me, it's almost like a scam what should or can I do about it? I'm so frustrated!! Tonia
