      I donot live there but if I were to relocate to another state Portland would be my number one choice been there a lot love driving the columbia river gorge on I84

        It is a good clean city with a not too cold climate, but a fairly rainy one. It is called the rose city because for some reason roses thrive there. It is a very liberal city in a very liberal state.
