    i can't pay my property taxs what can i do

    Borrow the money, either from your parents, siblings, relatives, or friends.
    You may be able to delay the taxes. In some states the taxes can be deferred and the house will be taken by the municipality after your death. Or, there will be a lean on it and you won't be able to sell it until you pay it. In some states the local government may take the property from you and evict you. They'll sell it for taxes, etc.
