    its a seat leon fr and its had a new sensor last time it went in to garage but the emissions light is on now only had it back 2 days

      If you bought it off a dealer they usually give you a 30 day guarantee and they wii take care of the problem within 30 days. Past thirty days you might be able to sue under whats called a lemon Law. If you bought it private you are out of luck.

        If it's new they might take it back and replace it. We bought a F350 that was a buy back from Ford, The trouble was a rear axle seal leaking the guy had it in twice for that, bitched up a storm so Ford bought it back. In return we got a "new" truck for less that half the price of one off the lot. She only had a few thousand miles on it when we got it. And yes I replaced the rear seal at 110,000 miles on it.

                I feel sorry but i doubt if you would recieve any cash back,They have taken you for a hurl,These people live off the misery of others.

                  If it was a NEW OR USED CAR the dealer will NEVER give you your money back, they will try to do their best to fix your problems and provide you with a user vehicle if available.

                  If you bought a USED CAR off the street your out of luck.
                  Most cars bought in this manner are sold AS IS and buyers should be aware of that.
