just joking :) you can smile, pool it out would be good but only if another one will come out!
otherwise you'll just have hole forever, or you could put a fake tooth instead of the half, or you could just live with and smile, sometimes i find half chipped teeth as kinda cute, but that only goes for children, baybays does sound like babies to me anyways :S
