Yes I saw him once on I 84 in the columbia river gorge in oregon I was going back east from Portland

When I was a kid, I remember going to the bathroom. Before I got there, my uncle saying to me: "Bigfoot escaped from the zoo". I could envision, this giant, 3 tory monstrosity of a bear, looking over at me while I was sitting there. Man, I was terrified in that bathroom. I think I left a skidmark getting up out of there too, when I was done.

AFter all these years, turned out, this thing was a hoax all along. Truth didn't come out until the guy died some years ago.

But, man! What a story to start and the urban legend of it receive world wide recognition.
