      If you have just deposited the money into the account it takes 12 hours to actually go through the system to recognize it so you can use it. If you put it in on a Friday you may have to wait until Monday.

        You may have a balance limit or there may be an outstanding bill you have not in your records. Or the bank made a mistake.

        In all cases call them!
