Hopefully you are only running one HDMI cable, so you need to drill a hole big enough to run the cable into the brick and down the back of it. Then another hole at the bottom to fish it out with. When putting in sinkers for the bolts to hang the TV, squirt an epoxy in there that will harden like a rock with the sinker. Otherwise, the brick will eventually dissolve around the sinker, loosen up and the tv will end up on the floor.
