      We've had two others in complaining about TalkTalk. One could not get her e-mails and another last night who could not connect. I tried to bring their page up but got the unavailable message.

        Yes I was off broadband for almost a week (Tiscali) and the problem was resolved just last week, although the internet conection is still somewhat intermitant at times. A new router was sent from TalkTalk and the problem was resolved. Also are you on windows 7 with "error 651" appearing? A very common fault with Windows 7. A fix can be found on Google. (Google: error 651). Hope this helps. Good luck!
