That is a question you might want to ask your State's Department of Motor Vehicles or Bureau of Motor Vehicles. A good start would be getting a license to inspect cars and trucks. That way you will definitely know the standards a vehicle must meet to be roadworthy, and the licenses are always handy. In life, the more licenses or certifications you hold in areas of interest to you...the more marketable you are in things like employment or starting your own business.
