Their system must be down. I just tried to check out their site and I can't get to it either.

Weejockie, I am going out on a limb here but I don't think you will get your answer here on this 'generic QA site'.. You are probably on the site you are questioning and clicked th 'ask a question' button at the top -- We are a general Q&A site, we are not the technical support site for you phone and broadband server. Please check their site for 'technical support' Not your browser's toolbar..

I just checked talk talk. That site is completely down so, no online tech support, anyway.

Hey, the fact that you figured out this site when 95% of the visitors can't is saying something in your favor. You're not that bad on a computer if you beat out 95%, lol
