      I have a samsung flip phone. Cost me $10 and has never given me a problem in the 5 years that I've owned it. Still on the original battery even. Get in touch with iphone and ask them why their over priced piece of electronics isn't working.

          Are you sure it is a Iphone and not some other battery operated device that is supposed to vibrate?
