I'm not find anything regarding this issue. It seems that the reduction of fat cells in certain areas of your body might not help when your body is retaining water and looking bloated due to the hypothyroidism. In other words having the fat removed would only be a temporary solution because your body is making excess fluid and possibly offsetting the surgery.
