      You can get certain diseases by breathing, eating having sex or touching an infected person or anything they have touched. Makes you want to stay locked in your house and away from other people don't it? Good thing we have medicine and doctors and common sense on how to stay healthy through proper hygene to remain as germ free as possible.

          it depends on what disease you have you may have to be exposed to it or it might be in your familys blood.
