I believe you have to go to local office Or call the toll free no. and do it over phone, it's very difficult if even possible to do it online, I receive SSI and could not sign on for direct deposit, However on the news recently it stated the Government all Social Security Checks will soon be only direct deposited into your bank Acct. if you do not have an Acct. you can have your money deposited on a US Debit card.
