    Please tell me is there any thing I can do to releave the presure
    at home without pain pills or going to the Dr. For I have no insurance
    and the pain is unbareable.The pain is in my back shoulder blade and neck.

      hot and cold presses alternating through the day. Muscles tighten to compensate the pain needing heat and swelling causes the pinching creating the initial pain. Are there no free clinics where you are...a doctor would be your best bet.
