    how do you convet cc's to horsepower

    THEY DO NOT CONVERT THERE ARE TOO MANY VARIABLES
    I'm with dwayne, size does not equate HP, as the years have passed and technology has improved modern engines, size in CC and CI has gotten smaller while hp has risen.
    CCs are a measure of volume Cubic Centimeters. Horsepower is a measure of strenghth ie power. Horsepower was in its` original terminology the amount of lift a horse could produce to lift a given weight one foot in one minute. Don`t hold me to the weight but I feel it was one ton.
