An internet blog title is a way of titling your open blog so that it can be categorized with other blogs that are writings similar to what your blog writings are. Say you like to blog about dolphins. The you would title tag it dolphins. If you set your blog to shared so others can read it, anyone who googles "blogs, dolphins", would find a link to your blog along with links to any other blogs title tagged, dolphins.
