    Please specify a country. "Custody" is an American word. If you are in the USA, include the state.

      Petition the court for custody. You will need a family lawyer.

        my guess is you being the paternal father should atomaticly have custody, petition the court to be sure.

          I agree; as long as you're the father, you shouldn't even need a lawyer if you ask the court for custody.
