    Where did the $787 billion come from to find the Recovery and Reinvestment Act? I know where it is going but where did it come from?

      Its created just like our money is its not real money is a promise by the US Govt. that it will stand behind the debt certificate called the Federal reserve Note 1 5 10 20 50 100 its really a IOU
