Could be a lot of things, but check that no other programs are open and make sure you have plenty of RAM memory.

Sounds like your loaded with tracking cookies and other garbage that needs to be PURGED from your PC.

Try clicking on TOOLS and then click on INTERNET OPTIONS. Click the DELETE BOX where it says "Delete Temporary Files, History, Cookies, Passwords and Web Information.

This should free up you hard drive thats slowing things down.
