First, type in the page you want to have on your homepage. EXAMPLE: https://www.google.com, then go to TOOLS on your internet menu and select INTERNET OPTIONS. On the first page which is GENERAL click the button USE CURRENT then the button OK and it should set your homepage back to where you had it....
