    can someone get a waiver from UK to come to canada to visit for 3 weeks.

    He came 5 years ago, no problem then when he tried to come last year, they took him and family and denied him, but after talking with immigration officers they let them stay for their vacation, so would that happen again?

      When you say waiver, are you meaning permission to travel. You may want to try the immigration in the UK and ask them. In most cases a passaport should be suffice. I wouldn't take my chances in taking that route, being that there is high security now. I would ask first.
