Where are the comments being posted? If posted to your page, you can only delete the person from your friends list as FB has removed the "report this comment link" from profile pages. If it's an event page, there will be a report this event link on the left side of the page. If the person is posting to their own page, then you can report their page. If all else fails, you can try calling them.
