Put the beef in with onion quarted,, about 10 whole cloves ,, splash of wostershire sauce (BLACK SAUCE) ,,1/4 to 1/2 cup of raw sugar cover with water cook on "automatic" for as long as you feel I will cook if for about 8 hrs YUM! I think I best get a piece. On another cooking subject , have you ever baked "pickled pork" in the oven? It is great cheaper that roasting pork and delicious, just treat as you would roasting pork
